Easy Service. How It Works.

Standard Maintenance and Repairs

Our engineers receive your unit and evaluate or diagnose issues. You will then receive an estimate of the repair cost before any further work is performed. An estimate may be refused; however, customers will be subject to a minimum charge equal to one hour of labor and any related shipping costs. Warranty Repairs

All warranty repairs will require a Proof-Of-Purchase. Warranty repairs may not be available for all brands or models. Contact Specialized Communications at 800-359-1858 with the brand and model number of your equipment.
