Rates

All units sent in for service will be evaluated and an estimate of the repair cost will be provided before any further work is performed. If the estimate is refused, the customer will be subject to a minimum shop charge equal to one hour of labor and any related shipping costs. Proof of purchaseCopy of the original sales invoice which includes Serial Number, Date of Purchase - Shipping. required for warranty repair. Warranty repair may not be available for all brands or models.

•Broadcast Professional Priority Service : $170.00/hour
•Broadcast Professional Field Service : $170.00/hour plus expenses
•Pick-up & Delivery Service in the Baltimore/Washington, DC area : $30.00/unit/roundtrip (every Monday and Thursday)
