Shipping

Specialized Communications Corp. primarily ships via UPS. However, we will gladly ship via the carrier of your choice. For additional shipping options, please contact us. We currently do not ship to a P.O. Box or an international address.

- All orders are subject to verification before processing and shipping.
- Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
- Specialized Communications Corp. will make an effort to process orders on the same day if the order is received before 3:00 PM EST M-F. Any orders received after 3:00 PM, on a holiday or during the weekend will be processed the following business day. Processing does not guarantee the order will ship the same day.
- At this time, any items purchased online will only ship to a verified address within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico

International order terms & conditions:

International orders cannot be placed on our webstore. We will accept international orders (outside of US and Canada) via phone, eMail, and fax. All prices listed on our website and individual quotes (including phone and eMail) are in US Dollars only. The following terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

For orders under $150.00 USD, the following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Certified or Cashiers check, bank wire transfer. Handling fee applies. Preferred shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail.

For orders over $150.00 USD and under $1,500.00 USD, the following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Certified or Cashiers check, bank wire transfer. Shipping and billing address MUST be verified prior to shipping, NO EXCEPTIONS. With international credit cards, it may possibly take several days or longer to verify information. Specialized Communications is not responsible for shipping delays due to time needed to verify address information. Handling fee applies. Preferred shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail.

For orders over $1,500.00 USD, the following payment methods are accepted: Certified or Cashiers check, bank wire transfer. Due to security reasons, we do not accept international credit cards for orders over $1,500.00 USD. Handling fee applies. Preferred shipping is via UPS International or FedEX International, if possible on customers account.

Orders over $150.00 USD - $15.00
Orders over $500.00 USD - $25.00
Orders over $1,500.00 USD - $50.00
Orders over $3,000.00 USD - $100.00
Orders $5,000.00 USD + - $150.00

Shipping terms:
All items are insured to the fullest extent possible. For insurance purposes, we will not ship items valued over $1,500.00 USD via USPS Mail. Customer is responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties which may apply.

Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Customers who refuse to accept customs, taxes, duties or shipping charges will be penalized.
